Report on Resignation of Director
Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (AMATA) would like to report on the resignation of Mr. Thomas Hamlin Reese from the Board of Directors of Amata Corporation. Mr. Thomas Hamlin Reese also resigned from the board of directors of Amata's subsidiaries : Amata City Company Limited, Amata Water Company Limited, and Amata Facility Services Company Limited. His resignation will be in effective from October 31, 2007 onwards as he will return back to settle in USA.
