Re. : Interim Dividend Payment and Fix the Date for Closing the
Company Share Registration Book
The Board of Directors of Amata Corporation Public Company Limited at
a meeting No. 5/2005 held on November 10, 2005 at 14:00 hrs. passed
the following resolutions:
1.That the interim dividend payment from the operating performance
from January 1 to June 30, 2005 will be 0.30 baht per share which
0.16 bath per share from BOI promoted activities and 0.14 bath per
share from non BOI promoted activities and will be paid to
shareholders within December 9, 2005.
2.Fix the date for closing the company share registration book for
the right to receive the dividend on November 25, 2005 at 12.00 hrs.
