001/136/2005 September 29, 2005 President The Stock Exchange of Thailand 62 Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoei, Bangkok 10110 Dear Sir, Re. : To refuse the news release about the explosion of one factory in Amata Nakorn Regarding the news release on TV Channel 7 this morning that there was an explosion in one of the factories in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, we would like to refuse and inform that there was no such an explosion case. It was just only a small accident during the valve maintenance of technician. Due to the leakage of Sulfuric Acid, it was splashed to hands of the technician but no explosion at all. It took only 2 minutes to solve the problem and turn to the usual situation at 11.00 today. For your information.
