Re : Report on Operating Performance of 3rd Quarter 2007
Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (Amata) and its subsidiary companies would like to report the net profit of 3rd quarter 2007 of 390.14 million baht, and that of the nine months 2007 of 648.26 million baht. Below is the comparison of the operating performance of the 3rd quarter and the nine months period 2007 with that of 2006:-

From the table, the net profit of 2007 is much higher than that of year 2006. The increase in profit this year is due to the following factors:-
Increase of Income from Land Sales
- Income from land sale of the 3rd quarter 2007 is 1,136.79 million baht. This is an increase of 620.16 million baht or equivalent to 120% from the income of land sale of the 3rd 2006 when Amata had the income from land sales of 516.63 million baht.
- Income from land sale of the nine months period 2007 is 2,103.62 million baht. This is an increase of 409.37 million baht or equivalent to 24% from the income of land sale of the nine months 2006 when Amata had the income from land sales of 1,694.25 million baht.
