In order to offer equitable rights and treatment to shareholders and to comply with good corporate governance policy, Amata Corporation Public Company Limited would like to inform to you that, our company has invited it's shareholders to propose agenda and nominate new director for the 2010 Annual Shareholder's Meeting in advance. Proposals can be submitted to the company from December 1, 2009 to January 31, 2010.
