Please refer to the resolution of the Board of Directors of Amata Corporation Public Company Limited at a meeting No. 2/2010 held on February 19, 2010 at 15:00 hrs. to hold the ordinary general meeting of shareholders for the year 2010 on April 23, 2010 from 14:00 hrs. at the Platinum Hall, 3rd Floor, Grand Mercure Fortune Bankok, No 1 Ratchadaphisek Road, Fortune Town, Dindeang, Bangkok 10400 to consider matters as detailed in the previous notification.
Please be informed that, the Notice of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders for the year 2010 and all supporting documents are now completed, and will be uploaded on the Company's website as of March 22, 2010. Said Notice and its documents will be sent to the shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of Shareholders on April 7, 2010.
